Condor Watch Talk
really can't see the animal well but based on early morning pic I'm guessing golden eagle
dark thing on left could be another condor
looked like light blue or white tag with a 1 or a 7 partial just visible under the upraised wing
I marked these as vultures because they seem small. Could be condors. Can one of the scientists please look and define vulture or condor?
I put 18 for the juv on the right but it could be something else
#weigh
I'm really tired of this picture. Unpleasant carcasses and no live animals.
Condors and an eagle together
I'd say definitely coyote.
#bear
More here but hit bad button. Also 68 blck juv w/in 2, white tag within reach, juv further tag ends 3, and at least 1 more condor within 2
tag could be 90 something
probably a couple more condors on the other side
little bird on the rock
Is this a young condor being fed?
big bird flying
#cat can't tell in the dark if it is a mountain lion or a bobcat
They also stay away from the coyotes.
Blue tag middle right double digit with curved tops--like 80 or 90. Or it could be 06.
#feet
I think the coyotes and eagles are really happy the condors get fed so well.
could be a condor or an eagle
could be more in here than I accounted for
Looks like a horse to me.

81 is my best guess for the tag.
Looks like the condors are waiting for the eagle to leave.
A couple partially visible tags.
The tag is definitely in the 90's, my best guess is 94.
This raven is feeding a baby.
I marked it as a condor but can't be sure.
2 partial birds, maybe 1 condor and 1 raven?
What a great catch!
Incoming!
Probably condors. The legs aren't feathered like the eagles. Could be vultures I guess.
Hard to count all the condors here.
I'm thinking the dark thing on the right is probably a condor but can't be sure.
Awesome pic!
Not sure about the tag number on this one but my guess is 13 with 3 dots.
Condor on scale to be weighed.
Check out the coyote eyes gleaming in the background.
partial tag--73 or 75 or 93 or 95 or 43 or 45 or 13 or 15?
Awesome!

2 big birds flying in the background. Guesses?
Not sure what this guy is--maybe a vulture?
Looks like a big bird in the back--could be either an eagle or a condor.
I'm guessing the 2 big wings on the right are condors but can't be sure.
I think the tag on the left is 43 but it could be 42 instead.
I think the tag on the left is 47.
I think these are condors but they could be vultures instead.
Looks like a single digit white tag, maybe an 8?
#deer
There could be more than 9 in this pic.
Condor on the scale to be weighed. Does 98 have a tag around the neck? Or is that an 86 and I am looking at it from a strange angle?
Another awesome #eagle pic!
Awesome #eagle
I can't tell for sure what the very distant bird far left corner is--an eagle? Also not sure about the black feathers by the carcass.
3 condors an eagle and a bunch of ravens. Nice.
Another condor on the scale. Can anyone read the weight?
The ravens stay away from the eagles and coyotes!
This bird is hard to identify, could be an eagle or a condor.
This condor is sitting on the scale and maybe someone can read the weight.
Is that tag number 47 or 41 or 42?. Another tag starts with a 3.
There are a couple tags almost readable. The one which is clear could be either 16 or 76.
I think it is a golden eagle but can't be sure.
Is that a condor way in the back?
There is a yellow tag I can't quite make out.
There is a tag on one that I can't quite make out.
