Dot and underline on same tag?

    Are there any that have both underlined numbers and dots? Are the dots ever ABOVE the numbers, or just to the side and underneath? Thanks.

    A tag can have either dots or an underline but never both. They are always under the number (never above)

    There can be 1, 2, 3 or 4 dots on a tag (but 3 dots is usually the most common) Underlines always run from edge to edge under the entire number.
