choices

  Wish there was another choice for misc. birds. I don't think the bird on top of the carcass is any of the right choices...
  what should we do when there is no correct choice?

  The unidentified bird is a golden eagle. The fog/low lighting conditions made its ID more difficult. Golden eagles have extensive feathering on their legs, whereas Condors and Turkey vultures do not. The leg feathers are seen well in this image, and give the correct ID as Golden Eagle.
