  If you are using Chrome, there is a free extension app you can download called SHEEN which installs a small button on your menu bar and lets you apply some visual filters to the entire page. With this simple little pop-up screen you can adjust the contrast, saturation, brightness or put the whole page on grey scale. You can remove all filters with a click of the "unapply" button and close any time you want. Handy little thing!

  It can sometimes! It's not as extreme as a graphic program is (now that helps!) but it does help most with black numbers against tags that are too glare-y because it will totally invert the colors on the screen
